How our pricing works. And what everyone else's is hiding.

We price each account individually, based on your environment, your security requirements, and your headcount. That takes one short call, and you'll leave it with a real number. What we can promise before that call is how the pricing behaves.

The Promises

Six things your current invoice probably can't say.

Flat and per user

One monthly number that scales with headcount. When someone leaves, their cost leaves the same day. No annual true-up surprises.

Everything included

Help desk, security stack, backups, license management, vendor calls. If it's in scope, it's in the number. The phrase "out of scope" is not part of our billing vocabulary.

Onboarding stated up front

One-time onboarding priced before you sign, not discovered on invoice two.

Every license accounted for

Your invoice lists what you use, who uses it, and nothing else. We've audited MSP invoices billing for employees who left months earlier. That does not happen here.

Month to month, always

No multi-year contracts, no early termination fees. Cancel any month, effective at the end of it. The industry locks you in for three years precisely so it can stop trying. We'd rather have to earn February.

Direct billing, no games

ACH or credit card, billed monthly in advance. No net-30 invoicing, no collections dance, no surprise price changes without 30 days' notice. Simple money keeps the relationship about the work.
